Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our downloads, all sales are final once purchased. We do not offer returns or exchanges on digital items. However, if you experience any technical issues or need assistance accessing or using your file, please contact us at eventualme123@gmail.com and we will be happy to make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your download upon receipt and contact us immediately if the file is corrupted, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All digital goods, downloadable templates, and electronic kits are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved by our support team due to a duplicate purchase or technical defect that cannot be resolved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at eventualme123@gmail.com.
