Catch the replies

You finish this one with a spreadsheet that collects every reply and your finished invitation saved to your computer.
One setting decides whether this works. Who has access must be set to Anyone — not Anyone with a Google account.
Put it online and test it

You finish this one with a link you can text to anybody, tested from your own phone before a single guest sees it.
Looking for your test reply? It lands in a tab at the bottom of your spreadsheet called Form Responses 1, not Sheet1.
